SHIPPING POLICY
Since all products are checked for authentication, orders are processed within 10 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. DesignersMisfits.com is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for an exchange, you have to return the product within two calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the exchange after two calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the shipment upon receiving it or cancel the order before the shipment is dispatched. If the shipment is damaged in any way or arrives after 10 working days, you will be eligible for a full refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For PayPal or credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement.
